1. Clean Water Restaurant Project
Why Greenwave does Clean Water Restaurant project?
In our service experience, we found that many restaurants either don’t use high-quality water purification equipment or wait too long to replace their filters.
Even companies with good equipment often lack proper service, meaning they don’t get the support they need during use. Otherwise, having both great service and top products would be very expensive.
We want to solve this problem so that restaurants on a tight budget can still serve excellent water, and even those willing to invest more can feel confident about their water quality.
This ensures that customers can enjoy a worry-free drinking experience at the restaurant.
Can restaurants using other water filters join our project?
Yes, they can.
If a restaurant uses RO drinking water purifier and have it maintain regularly, we can let them join our project by offering them a CWR certification.
We may also provide additional exposure and support for these restaurants.
Striving for Cleaner Water
Greenwave encourages restaurants to strive for cleaner water because offering safe food and beverages is essential for delivering an elevated dining experience. Customers expect their meals and drinks to be safe, free from aftertastes, and of the highest quality. In the Chinese market, few companies specialize in customized water filter solutions for restaurants, and none provide as thorough and reliable a solution as Greenwave.
Greenwave stands out by offering high-quality water purification systems tailored for commercial use, backed by a deep understanding of industry requirements. Once a restaurant or coffee shop adopts their RO system, Greenwave provides timely technical support, regular maintenance, and continuous service, making collaboration seamless and effective.
2. Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
Why does Greenwave offer reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water purifiers for restaurants?
To better understand the background, let’s first look at the types of water purifiers available on the market.
There are two main types of water purifiers in the market: Simple or more complicated devices including RO process.
Simple devices are inexpensive and work fast, but they don’t noticeably improve water quality. They often leave scale in beverages, water dispensers, or coffee machines, which affects the taste.
Because of this, we see a better alternative for truly improving water quality.
Only RO systems can truly elevate water quality, giving it a clear and refreshing taste. That’s why we focus on RO systems.
Now, let’s explore the advantages of RO systems in real-world applications.
The water is purified by our Reverse Osmosis (RO) drinking water systems. We equally recommend this same system for private homes and companies; the differences between the two are only the scale of the machines. The water produced by the RO system is perfectly clean and safe for cooking, drinking, making ice, and coffee.
Finally, let’s compare RO systems with bottled water.
Bottled water from reliable sources is clean, however secondary pollution caused by the plastic tanks, transportation…etc. dramatically reduce the quality of the water. For guaranteed clean water, the best solution is to use the RO water system which also helps to reduce costs.
3. Cost and Vouchers
Will the cost increase if restaurants choose Greenwave filters?
For restaurants using basic equipment, costs might increase slightly—but not by much.
If they participate in the Greenwave Voucher program, there will be no extra cost at all.
For restaurants already using high-end equipment, our service will quickly lower their overall costs.
Additionally, restaurants that are not yet operating can save money immediately by choosing our service.
What about vouchers for the water filters from Greenwave?
If a restaurant prefers not to pay cash, they can use Greenwave vouchers to offset the cost of the water purifier.
Currently, restaurants using meal vouchers can only choose equipment leasing—they cannot purchase Greenwave products with vouchers.
This is because once a product is bought, ensuring its quality becomes challenging.
Moreover, vouchers cannot have restrictions on usage period or the number of users; such limits are unacceptable to us.
4. Filter Maintenance and Product Options
Why does Greenwave change the filters often?
Greenwave prioritizes frequent filter changes as a service-focused company.
There are two consequences of avoid changing filters:
- Restaurants that neglect regular filter replacements often face poor water quality.
- It also shortens the lifespan of water purification equipment, increases the risk of equipment damage during operation.
Overall, We recommend replacing filters every 3 to 6 months to ensure clean and safe water.
What filters and products can restaurants choose from Greenwave?
We offer a range of options including direct drinking water systems, hot water dispensers, and chilled water dispensers.
Restaurants can select the option that best fits their needs.
For those already in operation, we can even visit the site for an inspection.
For restaurants that haven’t started operating yet, we will provide a tailored solution.

5. Water Quality Improvement
Can restaurants notice a quality improvement after switching to Greenwave?
Yes! They can tell by:
Simply feeling the water in your cup—the difference is there. By using two cups for comparison, one can observe that the truly purified direct drinking water appears brighter, possesses higher purity, and exhibits better transparency.
We will also supply restaurants with TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) monitoring devices so they can see the improvement in water quality for themselves.

7. How to Get Started
Are you looking for a water solution for your restaurant?
For restaurants seeking a water solution, Greenwave provides a straightforward process to ensure their needs are met.
- Assessing Water Needs
The first step involves estimating the daily drinking water usage, which includes water for bottled water, coffee, and ice machines. For existing venues, this calculation is relatively simple. For new restaurants still in the design phase, Greenwave offers assistance in estimating water requirements to ensure the system is tailored to their operational needs. - Identifying Water Points and Temperature Requirements
Restaurants need to specify the number of water points and the required water temperatures (e.g., hot, cold, room temperature) for their venue. This information helps Greenwave design a customized solution that fits the restaurant’s specific setup. - On-Site Visit and Technical Confirmation
Greenwave arranges an on-site visit to assess the technical setup and confirm the restaurant’s requirements. This step ensures the proposed solution aligns perfectly with the venue’s infrastructure and operational goals.
Restaurants can choose to either purchase or rent Greenwave’s RO water purification systems. Both options come with the same level of professional maintenance and ongoing service, ensuring optimal performance at all times.
Further Collaboration Opportunities for Restaurants with High-Standard Water Purification Systems
For restaurants already using high-quality water solutions, Greenwave offers collaboration opportunities to enhance their visibility.
If a restaurant meets Greenwave’s water quality standards, they can receive an official certification, which can be displayed to showcase their commitment to clean water.
Greenwave also provides a platform for these restaurants to gain exposure, including featuring their offerings on Greenwave’s platform, promoting their vouchers, and even selling their vouchers directly. Restaurants can choose to collaborate on promotional videos, offering vouchers in exchange for Greenwave’s endorsement. This partnership not only boosts the restaurant’s reputation but also connects them with a broader audience through Greenwave’s trusted platform.
