This is a Vietnamese gastropub that hails its origins as the first solo project from Vietnamese-Canadian chef Jun Trinh, previously from Luga’s Pho Pho. Notably, its menu carries authentic Vietnamese food, vegetarian and Celiac friendly options, with a great drink menu to boot.
