Bird is a small eccentric restaurant. Holding only about 20 people maximum, Bird offers food from an ex-surgeon chef who turned his steady hand to small, sharable fusion dishes that come with wine recommendations from their wine guy. It’s approachable fare, but has an experimental edge to it to add excitement to the palate.
