Fu Chun Ju restaurant at The PuXuan Hotel and Spa offers a blend of traditional flavors and contemporary culinary techniques. Fu Chun Ju, located on the hotel's third level, is intended as a contemporary tribute to the Beijing’s traditional Hutong homes. Designed by world-famous architect Ole Scheeren, this dining area is an assembly of semi-private places, with aesthetics of amber glass, woods and stone.


Chef Waikit Yeung's cuisine offers a gateway in traditional Cantonese flavors for the guest of Fu Chun Ju. With a heavy emphasis on seasonal ingredients, the nuanced flavors are brought to the table in modern and intriguing ways, be it in the form of delicate dim sum, roast meats, claypot dishes, or exquisite seafood preparations.
