The name is derived from Chef’s childhood favorite, a French candy called Roudoudou: a hard seashell filled with a sweet flavored hard syrup. It's designed as a lively hangout spot combining Bakery, Deli, Sandwicherie, Coffee Shop, Ice Creamery, Restaurant and Bar, all in one place.
