Introduced in April 2016 at its original location on Tai'an Lu in Shanghai, the restaurant led by Stefan Stiller offers a degustation menu that alternates every few weeks, in a predominantly Western Fine-Dining style of cooking, with a distinctive Asian touch.


After five years and more than 30 distinct menus including hundreds of dishes, they still manage to provide guests with a unique dining experience, produced from the finest seasonal ingredients. Their eight-course core menu, which is the foundation of that experience, changes every six to eight weeks to suit the season.


In order to create your own distinctive Taian Table experience, you can choose meals from these classics and specialties to add to the main menu and customize your dinner based on your appetite, diet, and personal preferences, ideal for more touchy palates.
