Kulfi

Kulfi is a traditional frozen dairy dessert originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is typically made by simmering milk over low heat until it reduces to about a third of its original volume, then sweetening it with sugar and flavoring it with ingredients such as cardamom, saffron, pistachios, almonds, or other nuts. The mixture is poured into molds and frozen, resulting in a distinctive, firm consistency.
